Spetters is open daily for:
Lunch from 12.00 to 14.00 hour
Diner from 18.00 to 21.00 hour
Sunday the kitchen is open till 20.00 hour
Monday and tuesday we are closed.
At 14 years of age my love for fine foods was flamed between the vegetables, fresh fish and meats and dishes of my father and mothers restaurant. I completed my education at Ter Groene Poorte in Bruges (Belgium) and started working at well renowned restaurants.
When the opportunity to start my own restaurant arose, I wanted to create a fun and cosy restaurant with a warm atmosphere. After 2,5 years the highly valued red guide awarded us with one Michelin star. In 2015 I was awarded as Promise of the year by Gault&Millau.
